REPORT OF A DUTCH MISSION., Amsterdam, January 18. The Dutch mission which went to Vienna to attend the lato Emperor's funeral narrate extraordinary stories. They were allowed meat twico in eight days, present in an official capacity. There is n sliortago of everything. The situation is equally bad jn Germany.
