Our artillery dispersed the enemy's infantry southward of Puisious. Five of the enemy's aeroplanes were "destroyed, and several damaged. Three of ours are missing." (Rec. A French official communique slates: "The French aviators fought forty engagements on the Somnie, bringing down ( five machines. Guynemer brought down his twenty-third victim. Two of our squadron heavily bombed Bruyeres and Briselles, while late yesterday evening four bombed the blast furnaces and factories at Volklingen, returning unharmed." (Rec.
