ANOTHER CANCELLATION

POSSIBILITY OF PROSECUTIONS

The Munitions and Supplies Department, of which tho Hon. A. M. Myers is ill charge, is still showing soroo activity in regard to contracts for military supplies which are not carried out. to the letter. Already the public has been informed of tho facts about the case of Abraham Levy. Another contract, made by another firm, for the supply of clothing, has been cancelled, and it is understood that the contractor will bo prosecuted under tho War Regulations. Yet another contractor is in trouble about his dealings with tho Department. He was not a supplier of clothing, and the question of cancellation of contract.- does not ariso in this case. It is understood however, that the Department intends to launch a prosecution against him, alleging that he did not fulfil all tho conditions of his contract.
