■ Tho following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Featherston;— D Company, 20th.—Pte. G. S. J[. Crawford to be corporal; Pte. J. P. Dalton to bo lance-corporal; Spr. 11. G. Naylor, 3rd N.Z. Wireless Troop, to bo corporal; Corpl. R. T. Re'id, F Coy., 20th, to bo sergeant; Corpl. 11. Stevens, F Coy., to be sergeant. . B Company, 20th.—To be lance-cor-porals: Ptes. F. C. Toogood, J. Wemyss, and A. F. Wood; Corpl. H. J. Young, Headquarters, Tauherenikau (Officers Mess), to be sergeant;' Pte. P. Anderson, Headquarters, Tauherenikau (Officers' Mess), to lie lancecorporal; Lco.-C'orpl. T. H. Lush, Headquarters Staff, Tauherenikau, to be orderly room clerk. The following temporary appointments have been .approved by the Camp Commandant ax Trentham: — A.S.C. Supply Depot Establishment. —Ptes. C.. Vandersluys and C. W. Christe.nsen, to be corporals. The Camp Commandant at Trentham acknowledges tho receipt of the following gifts to the hospital.:—Soldiers' Comforts Guild, eggs, cigarettes; soldier in camp, 2 rhododendrons.
