KELBURN CLUB'S ANNUAL REPORT. ' The report to be presented at the annual meeting of tho ICelburn . Had it not been necessary to purchase new plant, and contribute towards, the matingof, an,approach td the green,- donations, would no doubt havo enabled tho . club to finish the yoar with a respectable surplus. The value of the green has been increased by .£ll 55., cost of approach and trees, and the . item "plant" now appears as ,£3B Bs., against J625 .'in'. : the last balance-sheet.' Payment of these items will absorb almost tho whole. of the difference between . tho overdraft on May 31, 1915; and. May 31, 191 G. Tho club is represented in the Expeditionary Forces by two members, Lieut.Colonel Begg and Lieutenant Wakclin. ,It was hoped that the new pavilion would ! liavo ■ proved a common meeting ■placesfor, members during the recess. To that end it was arranged and announced that members would foregather theTe ;aclt Monday evening. The response was, libwever/.so'.poor that, it was ultimately I lecided- to abandon the fixture.
