MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE .MEETING. A meeting of tho Management Committee of the Rugby Union was held last evening. It was decided,that the season be opened on May 13, with the annual seven-a-side toumameit, when competitions will be promoted between three classes, i.e., Trentliam Camp, Senior clubs, and Fifth Class players. Several applications were received for practise grounds,on.Saturday next, but it was decided that no grounds be allocated, and that clubs be notified that no practises would be permitted on that afternoon.
