CALLED UP FOR SENTENCE

His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), Albert Cole 18 years of age, was called up for sentence on a charge of theft on which lie had appeared before the Court some months ago. Mr. P. S. K. .His Honour said he had reconsidered the prisoner's case, and thought it was better that Cole should be sent to an industrial school. A sentence of twelve months' imprisonment would be imposed, in order that His Excellency tho Governor might have jurisdiction to approve the committal. In the meantime. His Honour directed that Colo should be kept apart from other prisoners.
