The "Vossisclie Zeitung" states that it is expected that Rumania will shortly decide to intervene in the. war, in favour of the Entente. The Rumanian Minister will shortly return to Sofia, with instructions which will denidc the future relations between Bulgaria and Rumania. German correspondents admit that Rumania is now closer than ever to the Entente. . % AGREEMENT WITH RUSSIA. PASSAGE OF WAR MATERIALS. (Rec. March 13, 11.16 p.m.) Bucharest, March 13. Thc« "Exchange Telegraph" says Russia has signed an agreement allow-, ing the passage of war materials toRumania, and eventually supplying her with these. She has also agreed to give Rumania a part of Bessarabia.
