The expenditure totalled £1C0,621 13s. 6d.,' of which 105. 9d. -was for losses, leaving the net profit, at £31,874 3s. 4d., to •which has to he added ; '£8351 Is. 3d., the Balance carried forward from the- previous year, making an available balance of £40,225 4s. 7d. The dividend for the year absorbs £10,000, the sum of £16,000 is added to the reserve fund, £2500 to. the guarantee and provident fund, £2500 is appropriated for depreciation of securities, leaving £9225 . 4s. 7d. to be carried forward.
