The "Neue Zurchcr Zeitung" states that measures are under consideration for meeting Germany's post-war financial liabilities. They include war indemnities for raw materials. The whole yield of the Australian tin mines and South African gold mines may be taken for a decade or so, and the surrender of accumulated stocks of indiarubber and copper may also be demanded.
