THE WEEK-END CONTESTS The various greens were full of' life on Saturday, but the lioavy gale which prevailed robbed the play of a groat deal of interest. NEWTOWN CLUB. Tho afternoon was devoted to a contest on. this club's green between teams representing the East and the West side of the main thoroughfare to Newtown.
