The "Daily Telegraph's" Wow York correspondent says Mr. Pierpont Morgan lias invited prominent financiers, including Bank Trust presidents, to a three hours' conference with Lord Reading's .Commission, to disouss a loan. United States bankers have been approached with tentative plans for five hundred million;. dollars (£100,000,000) credit endorsed' by * France; and Russia/ at 5 per cent, interest, and partly secured by American bonds and stocks. It is, understood the commission requires every dollar tliat ' Americans can Vend, and it is hoped /to raise two hundred million sterling. Italy is also . participating, and the-delegates include the Canadian Finance Minister. •,
