The Italian Cabinet 'has considered the questions of the control of 105 conquered, townships, the organisation of a winter campaign, production of munitions, and a fuller participation in the war. • . ; • The War Minister has announced that there will be fully equipped winter trenches, and that tho.lints will be fitted with stoves. The Italians have oonquered fifteen communes in Trentino, the populations of which are wiring refuge in Italy. They had a brotherly reception. (Rcc.
