A 1 comparative table of th 6 export of sheepskins shows mi extraordinary increase ,6inco .the war b'egan. Last August 2600 sheepskins with wool were exported to America, rising in ' October to 157,902. For the same months of the previous year, there, was no export at all, and only: 330 skins for the whole six months, July to' December. The total exports for the year were 389,549, valued at £?8,433, compared with I 87,533', valued at £17,617 for the previous year. The export of-skins, without wool is equally startling. For July-December the total was and nothing for tlio samo-period of the previous year. A quarter of an hour later she died. \ Dr. Petherbridge. gave evidence that he had made 'a mistake in prescribing the medicine, using strychnine instead of quinine hydrochloride.
