SHOPLIFTER FINED
A SYSTEMATIC BUSINESS. (By Teles-rash—Press A6soolatlan.) Chrlstchuroh, June 80. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Emily King, alias Hawley, was charged with stealing silk blouses, of the value of £6 4s. 3d., from the D.I.C. She pleaded guilty. . The police said .the woman, had entered into the business of shoplifting in a .systematic manner; she carried paper ana string to wrap up stolen articles. Accused was fined £7, with costs.
