FIFTY THOUSAND MEN FOR THE NAVY
VOTE. PASSED BY PARLIAMENT By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Hec. Jnne 30, 11.20 p.m.) London, June 30. The House of .Commons ;has adopted the vote for' 50,000 additional'men for, the Navy. Dr. Macnainara (Secretary to the Admiralty) explained that the men were not required for immediate needs, hut merely as a precautionary reserve. No difficulty had been experienced in meeting the expansion of the Fleet. ' l .
