JURY AGAIN DISAGREE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, June 17. In the third trial of R. Guthrie for alleged sheep stealing, and lasting three days,, the jury again disagreed.FOURT HTRIAL ORDERED. Timaru, June 17. His Honour Mr. Justice Sim has fixed the fourth trial of GuLhrie for August 30. Two other charges are pending.
