EXHIBITIONS AS USUAL
DISPLAYS BY BRITISH BAKERS AND GROCERS. Last year, owing to the outbreak of the war, the Confectioners' and Bakers' Exhibition and the Grocers' and Allied Traders' Exhibition were riot held, but tho present stato of trade and the general prospects aro such that it has been decided to hold the exhibitions as usual this year. The Bakers' Exhibition will rim from September 4 to 11, and the Grocers' Exhibition from September 18 to 24, both at the R-oyal Agricultural Hall, London. At both exhibitions special attention will be given to discussions as to tho enhanced price of foods, while it will be 6hown in a practical manner bow attractive breakfast menus can bo prepared without increased cost. In connection with the Bakers' Exhibition valuable prizes will be. given for tho best samples of British wheat Hour. At the Grocers' Exhibition there will be awards for employees of wholesale firms who have been with the same firm since the first exhibition, November, 1893. All applications should bo made to Mr. H.
