SUNDAY CONCERT
" An interesting programme has been arranged for the first.concert of its 1915 season by the Wellington Professional Orchestra to-morrow evening at His ■ Majesty's. An item new to Wellington will be a grand fantasia on Verdi's opota,' "Otello." This work is isaid to offer fine scope for refinement of playing by. the orchestra. . Other, items which find a place on-'the programme will be Eriedemanri's "Slavonic Rhapsodie," Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance March, No. 1, ' the charming "Barcarolle" of Offenbach, and Edward German's "Nell Gwynn" dances. A silver coin collection, in aid of the library fund, will be taken up at the doors.
