MAIN TRUNK EXPRESS DELAYED
ACCIDENT AT FEILDING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Follding, April 23. • A truck on a goods trajn coming into Pending at 1 o'olock thie morning became derailed half a mile from the station and was drawn on the ballast and Bleepers right to the station before turning over. The truck wheel stripped the bolts off the fishplates along the line, and at the bridge over the M&kino Stream smashed all the sleepers and decking. A gang turned out, but it took several hours to clear the line. The Auckland express was dolayed five hours.
