HAWKE'S BAY CASE TO BE DROPPED. (By Telezraph—Press Association.) Hastings, April 23. In tho faoe of the decision of the Full Court, Mr. H. M. Campbell.has decided to proceed no further with the petition against the return of Dr. M'Nab as member for Hawke's Bay. _ The matter of the petition was mentioned in the Supreme Court yesterday, when the further hearing was set down for Monday at 10.30 a.m.
