(Bt TeleKroDh.—Pmbs Aosoclattoß.i Christchurch, April 9. The caso of the Police v. Bertram Dunn was called in the Magistrate's Court to-day. The ChiefTDetective asked'tho Magistrate to fix a date for the hearing of evidence. It might be necessary, he said, to take the evidence of the principal woman witness in her room.if sho was not well enough to come to' Court. The accused was remanded till Friday next. Arrangements will probably he made for the case to be heard-on Wednesday next, counsel for accused agreeing to this.
