The chairman stated that this debt was mainly due to the extension of tho water, sewerago, and lighting systems beyond tho limits of the original schemes, and that when the time was opportune steps would be taken to raise a loan to cover this cost, in?, ? alnn ,5 e - she «* was unanimously. Proposals were also discussed tor /planting trees in certain streets end the improvements of footpaths.
