A newspaper called "Rome" states that the late Cardinal Moran, at Hie last ConclaVo, impressed; on Pius X the necessity for decentralising the elm roll in the most distant colonies, and suggested a primate for Australia, who should also bo Panal Legate. The Pope has decided instead that an Apostolic Delegate shall be the connecting link.
