Tho closing scenes of the 1913 strike arb now being enacted, and already many of tho seamen. and firemen are back-on their vessels, and tlio numbers will bo considerably swelled as soon as tho necessary preliminaries can bo carlied out. • 'As things stand at present tho general strike has been called off, and only tho miners arc now oijt and indications poiijt to their resuming at no very distant date.
