Tho Labour party has resolved that tho Hartley's candidature is a grave violaMartloy's candidature is a grave violation of tho National party discipline, whicli will inovitably lead to considerable disruption in' the Labour forces, and compel Mr. Ramsay Macdonald to sever his connection with tho Leicester constituency. The Trades Council at Leicester is supporting Mr. Hartley.
