OVERSEAS JUDGES SITTING. By Telegraph—Press Aeaooiatdon—Oopjrlgbl ■ London, June 13. Lord De Villiers (Chief Justice of South Africa) and Sir William Griffith (Chief Justice of the Gold Coast) . have been sitting with Lord Haldane (Lord Chancellor) and Lords Moulton and Shaw (Lords of Appeal), hearing New Zealand appeal cases. Next month, Sir Charles Fitzpatrick (Chief Justice of Canada) will assist the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in hearing Canadian appeals.
