FORTHCOMING BRISTOL-FIXTURE. An advance copy of tho .programme for t'ho Royal Agricultural Society's Show, which is to bo held at Bristol from July Ito July 5, has just come to hand. Au effort is."being made by the authorities to attract to the show exhibitions from tho oversea Dominions, as well as 4r°ui the Mother Country. A special overseas-sec-tion is being arranged for tho exhibition of the .natural produce of the colonies, a space of two acres being eet apart for this division.' Prizes amounting to more than are offered, nnd the sohedule includes' classes for every established breed of horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry, and also for butter-making, forestry, and horticultural exhibits, etc. Prizes aro also offered for milking-ma-chines this year, and tho actual trials of the competing machines will take place next month. The whole of the competing machines will bo on -fiew at the show. Some idea of the magnitudo of the show can be gathered from the number of entries made at the 1912 show. The grand total of entries of 'all descriptions was 10,472, of which 3084 were horses, cattle, sbcep, and pigs. The poultry exhibits numbered 1242, which included over 20 distinct breeds.
