Wanganui, December 28.The North Island rifle championship meeting, held under the auspices of the Wanganui Rifle Association, was concluded to-day, Private Lovtday (Ninth Infantry) winning the Bolt with an aggregate of 289, 6 points ahead of the runner-up, Rifleman Franklin, of Weber.
