A DIFFICULT POSITION. By Toleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. December 10, 10.30 p.m.) ( Sydney, December 10. The Cabinet has had a long sitting to discuss the position caused by the resignation of Mr. Beeby, Minister for Lands. Probably a successor to Mr. Beeby will not to appointed until after the Blayney election. In tho meantime Mr. Treflo will administer the Department of Lands, and Mr. Carmiohael the Labour Department. Mr. Holman, Attorney-General, has abandoned his proposed trip to London.
