TURKEY'S PEACE DELEGATES

Nazami Pasha, Salik Pasha, and Rcshid Pasha have been . appointed the Turkish peace plenipotentiaries at the conference in London. GREECE REFUSED A POET. Rome, December 9. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, tho Marquis di San Guiliano, has announced that Italy and Austria havo informed Greece thnt they will never consent to' Valona, the Albanian, seaport in tho Adriatic, sixty miles south of Durazzo, belonging to Greece. BOYCOTT PROPOSED. Belgrade, December 9. Some of the merchants aro discussing the advisability of a boycott of Austrian goods. FORTY THOUSAND REFUGEES. Salonika, December 9. It is reported that there are forty thousand refugees in the hills, most of them without shelter. Dozens are dying daily from starvation and smallpox.
