MOUNT COOK COURT.

At the Mount Cook Police Station , yesterday, before Mr. P. Bland, J.P., one first offender, who did not appoar, was fined 10s. for insobriety; and William Stevens and Eliza Southee, for the same offence, were each fined 10s., with the alternative of forty-eight hours' imprisonment.
