' Other Radical newspapers are very outspoken on similar lines. MONGOLIAN SUSPECTS STOPPED. London, September 3. Officials at Darjoeling stopped a'pseudo Chinese mission, which it was believed was composed of disguised Mongolians seeking a Tibetan alliance with Mongolia. CONCERT OF POWERS DENIED. (Rec. September 5, 0.40 a.m.) Tokio, September 4. There is no press comment on (he Jlritish' action in Tibet. Tho Foreign Office points out that China has only herself to blame for the situation in Tibet and Mongolia, i\nA denies that the developments have resulted from an Anglo-Russo-Japanese concert as asserted in some quarters.
