A WAIRARAPA DEPUTATION. (Br Telceranh.—SDcdal Odrrcpßondent.) Masterton, August 13. A largo and representative gathering of delegates from tho local bodies and A. and P. Associations of tho district was held hero yesterday to discuss tho question of endeavouring to secure, an agricultural college for Wairarapa. Mr. H. .Morrison'(president-of the Masterton A. and P. Association)' occupied tho chair. Various speakers having referred to tho special advantages offered by the Wairarapa and to the prospects of numerous scholarships and other assistance being forthcoming, it was docided that a monster deputation wait upon tho Prime Minister at 2 p.m. on Saturday next.
