Asked whether he would relenso Mr. Mann, Mr. M'Kenna said ho was considering the shorthand notes of the case and was unable at present to reply.

Mr. George Lansbury, Labour member for Tower Hamlets, was refused leavo to move tho adjournment of tho House in connection with the Mann case, only thirty members supporting him.
