Speaking at Litbgow, Mr. Beeby, Minister for Labour and Industry, declared that trades unionists would have to face the fact that a law prohibiting strikes exists, and as machinery for the settlement of disputes is provided, breaches of the law must carry tho penalties imposed by Parliament. He gave a warning that in case of any future strikes the Government would enforce the law.
