. f ACTION. AGAINST WATERSIDE WOHKERS' UNION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, March H. A summons lias been issued by Mr, 17, W. V. Gohns (of tho Labour Department) against tho Waterside Workers' Union in Auckland to recover £200 for breach of Section G of tho Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act Amendment Act, The plaint entered stated that on November 21, at Auckland, tho defendant union did incite, instigate, aid, and abet an industrial strike in respect to the discharge of cargo in a ship at the port of Auckland. The hearing of the case ha been fixed for April 1.
