The frequency with which meetings of unions are being held is the only outward indication of labour unrest in tho city. In a general way the sympathies of all unions are with the General Labourers' Union and tho industrial organisation to which it is affiliated. Arrangements aro being made for a mass meeting of workers to be held on Sunday afternoon, and practically tho whole of tho unions of workers (registered under tho Arbitration Act and othenrise) have arranged to be officially represented.
