Bj Telegraph—Frees Aesocia'.ion-Oopvriehl Mexico City, February 12. The Victorian dam which is utilised to furnish tho waterpower for a colliery company's plant gave way. A great wall of water swept down the village, overwhelming the Chinese and Japanese quarter. The men were warned in time and escaped to higher ground. It is believed that there has been only one death. The steel cars used in the colliery were carried hundreds of yaTds along the tracks.
