A. correspondent to a German co-opera-tive journal states that ho increased tho nrilk. yield of his herd of 20 cows by about 20 quarts per day without changing or increasing tho feed. His process was simply to provide light, air, ami cleanliness for tho herd. The air iu the stalls was kept fresh, but ho laid the greatest stress on keeping tho cows clean by using tho currycomb and brush literally on the cow's, oven though this took more help on the farm.
