MRS. PANICHURST IN AMERICA. By Association-Copyright New York, December-22. Tho women of Tacoma, being out of pympathy with militant suffrage methods, have refused to invile Mrs. Kmincliuo Paukhurst, the English suffragette, to address them. Mrs. Pankhurst, is now successfully campaigning in British Columbia, whero tho laws for women are declared by her to bo unjust and more suited to the period when the country wus governed by tho Hudson's Bay Company. She expects to-go to gaol in February, after her return to England.
