MONTHLY MEETING. The onlinai-v meeting of the Wellington Hospital 'and Charitable Aid Hoard w.'ts held yer-terday. "'here were present: The Rev. W. A.'Kvans (chairman), and Messrs. R. C. Kirk, A. IJ. llitidmarsh, M-.P., R. Fletcher, W; Galloway.-J.-tiod-bor, H. R. Gardener, H. Baldwin, G. T. London, G. Nash. ■!• Trevor. D. Robertson, .1. W. M'Ewun, and tho Rev. H. Van Stavcren. . Tho resignations of Charge Nurses M. Brow'n and E. Carter were accepted, and Nurse Craigie was. appointed Chargo Nurse, vice Nurse Temple Brown. I': was decided that tho rate charged for tho maintenance of patients at the Otaki ITxspitals bo the same as for the Wellington Hospital—3os. per week for patents in tlio- Wellington Hospital District, and £2 for those outside. It was decided that the charitable, aid store ho under the control and supervision of the charitable aid superintendent, th.> latter to be responsible for the carrying out of the duties of the storekeeper. The statistics of relief as granted between October 31 to November ;!8 showed th.it the total number of out-door cases dealt with was 77, of which 11 were new (luting the period, and IS terminated. T-ie persons affected numbered 217, of whom 98 vno adults and 119 children. ]tl all 1328 rations were granted, and JM3 3s. 2d. was granted in cash. The total number of admissions for indoor relief were' 15, and. of discharges 19, and the number in the homo en X'ovember 28 wis 113.
