December 19, 11.15 p.m.) Cairo, December 19. Turkey has provisionally ceded Soluk (? Solum) to the Egyptian Government until the conclusion of tho war, when its status will be defined. Lord Kitchener, British Agent in Egypt, has dispatched Egyptian troops to occupy the town. Solum is the name of the port on tho boundary between Tripoli and Egypt. Soluk is the ancient Hadrianopolis, twenty-fivo miles north of Benghazi. STARVING ARAB DESERTERS. (R-ec. December 19, 11.15 p.m.) Tripoli, December 19. Fifty starving Arab deserters have entered Italian lines.
