The tgjision between the Government and tho Opposition resulted iu a tumultuous scene- iu tho Chamber of Deputies, causing tho suspension of tho sitting. At a mooting of the Committee of Union and Progress—tho secret power which rules Turkey—it was resolved by a majority to effect tho dissolution of the Chamber at all costs. A CESSION TO EGYPT. (Rcc. December 19, 11.15 p.m.) Cairo, December 19. Turkey has provisionally ceded Soluk (? Solum) to the Egyptian Government until the conclusion of tho war, when its status will be defined. Lord Kitchener, British Agent in Egypt, has dispatched Egyptian troops to occupy the town. Solum is the name of the port on tho boundary between Tripoli and Egypt. Soluk is the ancient Hadrianopolis, twenty-fivo miles north of Benghazi. STARVING ARAB DESERTERS. (R-ec. December 19, 11.15 p.m.) Tripoli, December 19. Fifty starving Arab deserters have entered Italian lines.
