Eleven Bills have been introduced in Parliament to authorise the laying down of electric rail-less trams similar to thoso in Leeds. Thirty-three systems of rail-less trams nro working on the Continent, whero it has been proved that they give small towns tlio advantages of tramways without prohibitive cost.
