The needle will move at 1 p.m. exactly of i\ew Zealand mean time, at which hour a chronometer Bet to Greenwich mean time should show 13h. 30m. HEL-liX DENNY REPOETED. Tlie Monowai, which arrived from Lytteltou at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon, passed the barciuo Helen Denny off Cape Campbell. The vessel wad passed at 10 a.m. yesterday, and wished to be reported "i.ll well."
THE ItEHUEHA. At 2.45 p.m. on Saturday K.M.S. Eemuera left Auckland for Wellington. The vessel should reach port about noon to-day, and, on arrival, berths at tho Glasgow Wharf to complete Home loading. On Thursday she leaves Wellington (or London, via way porta, and is due at her destination, about January 24.
BAD YTEATHEE ON WEST COAST. Wcathor reports received from tho Weft Coast on Saturday were not reassuring. Westnort reported that there was a strong "frosh" in the river, ami a heavy sea on the bar, and consequently it v.-ais unlikely that there would bo any shippins movements that day. Similar, conditions prevailed at Greymouth.
