(BBtcUlly written for Tni Dominion.) SATUIIDAT. Slewed breast of veal. Parsley sauce. Boiled bacon. Potatoes. Turnips. Ground rice widding. Slewed fruit. SUNDAY. Julicnno roup. Roast lamb. Mint sauce, New potatoes, (Jrceii peas. Queen pudding. Fruit fart. SUPPER. Chicken pic. Salad. Lemon trifle. Fruit salad. QUEEN PUDDING. Two teacupfnla of breadcrumbs, 1 lemon (tho rind grated), 1 pint milk heated, 2 eggs (whiles and yolks separate), BUj?ar to tasle for pudding, 3 lablespoonfulfi whil* pounded vixtir for (ho meringue. Soak tho brendcrumbs in the miik, add the lemon rind and beaten yolks of eggs. Sweeten to taste. Well mix and pour into a. buttered pic-dish and bake until the custard is set; spread with jam, thon heap upon it a mennguo mndo of iho whites of eggs whipped to a stiff froth, sweetened with the white sugar and flavoured with tho lemon juice. Sot in the oven for 5 or 10 minutes to Blightly colour, and serve either hot or cold.
