TbO "Cork Free Press," (be. organ of (he All for Ireland League, declares that a strong minority at a meeting of Nationalist memlrers of the House- of Commons voted for the inclusion of medical benefits in tho clauses of tho National Insurance Bill affecting Ireland. The differences between Uw majority and the minority almost amount, adds the "Free Press," to a party adit. THE LORDS' SUSPENSORY VOTE. London, November 21. "The Times" declares that if tho House of Lords exercises its suspensory vote to enablo tho National Insurance Bill to lie reconsidered in 1912, the Government will withdraw tho Bill and introduce a noncontributory insurance scheme. MEDICAL MEN AND THE BILL. STATEMENT BY "THE. TIMES." .(Rec. November 20, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 25. At a representative meeting of the British Medical Association it was resolved that if tho Insurance Bill was passed to endeavour to arrange satisfactory terms with Insurance Committees of counties, failing which they would not work under the Bill. The association decided to adhere to tho forty-shillings income limit, and declaro that the scale of remuneration based on six shillings per capita annually is inadequate. "The Times" declares that most of tho difficulties aro left to bo fought out after the Insurance Bill becomes law, hence the extraordinary powers conferred on the Insurance Commissioners. Mr. Lloyd-George invited the Countess DesaTte to bring a number of servants to tho Treasury to discuss the servants' clauses of the Insurance Bill.
