Dock so as to rendor it accessible to vessels of GSO foot in length; but, before undertaking tho construction of costly depots and railway equipment, tho Port Authority will require to bo satisfied that tho proposed transfer of tho moat Irado to this dock will bo acceptablo to all concerned.
