A GERMAN CONSUL'S VIEWS. By Telesraph-Prcss Association-Oonyrtghl (Rec. November 14, 9.25 p.m.) Fremantle, November 14. The German Consul-General for Australia, who returned by the Otranto from a visit to Europe, declares that the Germans are not obsessed with Anglophobia. It appeared to him that some of tho cables received in Australia wero tinged with anti-German policy. The tendency nowadays was to attribute to Germany all the blame for international troubles.
