Arnsfs challenge lor .£2OO aside, one hundred birds. In. a recent issue of the Sydney "Ecferee," a Melbourne correspondent stated: "A pigeon-shooting match is being arranged between Dick Arnst and W. B. Wilkinson. Conditions are: 100 birds, for J2IOO on the side, each from 30yds. rise. Referring to Eddie Durnan's latest challenge, to visit Canada for the sculling championship, Arnst said he could not acoept it. "I am fairly successful with the gun here," he said, "and 1 intend to remain to follow up that sport."
